We offer several means of payment and always try to ship items at the earliest possible time to insure prompt receipt of your merchandise.
A full refund for any item that is no longer available will be granted immediately.
Refund requests for stock items are reviewed and granted on an individual basis.
We will ship world wide through the U.S. Postal Service only.
For our international customers we will do everything within our power to insure that merchandise is delivered in a timely manor, verification of shipping (postal receipt with international shipping number) will be emailed to the customer. However; due to the fact that receipt of merchandise can not be verified outside the United States there are no refunds for items lost in shipping.
It is not the intent of Best Novelties to sell any item that is illegal in any region therefore it is the customers responsibility to insure that merchandise purchased from us is legal in the purchaser's region.
